This full-time, hybrid role based at our Drogheda clinic requires 2+ years in patient-facing sales or coordination, CRM literacy, and a patient-first, KPI-driven mindset. Training provided; right to work in Ireland or the UK.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in patient-facing sales or treatment coordination (dental/medical strongly preferred).
• Ability to discuss clinical treatments with confidence (training provided).
• A sales-driven mindset paired with empathy; ethical conversion is non-negotiable.
• Comfortable with KPIs, targets, and conversion metrics.
• CRM and practice management software literacy.
• Right to work in Ireland or the UK.

Responsibilities

• Conduct treatment plan consultations with patients post-clinical assessment.
• Present treatment options, fees, and finance plans clearly and ethically.
• Follow up with patients to support their decision-making journey.
• Track conversion metrics and pipeline in CRM.
• Liaising with the clinical team to refine treatment plans.
• Support the Practice Manager on patient experience initiatives.
