Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a Treasury & Trade Solutions Client Executive to serve as the primary client relationship lead for a defined portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Banking, and Product teams to deliver tailored treasury solutions that drive revenue growth and client retention.

This strategic, client-facing role leverages Citi’s global network spanning over 100 countries, offering opportunities to influence outcomes and accelerate your career within a world-leading financial institution.

Qualifications

• Background in client relationship management, customer service, sales, or senior operations within a financial services or corporate treasury environment.
• Ability to operate independently, managing a complex client portfolio with ownership and accountability.
• Confident communicating and influencing at all levels within Citi and client organisations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills across multiple priorities.
• Clear problem-solving capability with independent decision-making.
• A university degree is preferred; candidates with the relevant skills and leadership capability will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client relationship lead for a defined portfolio, understanding each client’s treasury organization and needs to deliver solutions that support revenue growth.
• Lead strategic engagement across Sales and Product teams, driving project completion and ensuring revenue realization.
• Coordinate and own delivery of critical client initiatives, including new treasury solutions and VOC feedback action plans.
• Lead client communications on product migrations, regulatory developments, and market changes as internal advocate for change.
• Champion resolution of client issues by collaborating with Service and Operations partners to protect satisfaction.
• Manage revenue budgeting and forecasting for the portfolio, including monthly revenue analysis and stakeholder reporting.
• Partner with Sales to ensure visibility of pricing strategies and consistent communication across the network.
• Lead proactive relationship reviews with senior client contacts to identify opportunities and reinforce long-term partnerships.
