Job summary

Leinster Appointments Ltd is seeking a Group Treasury Manager to lead banking operations for the group and manage liquidity across two units. Based at Dundalk HQ, the role combines on-site presence with flexible-work days (3 on-site, 2 from home) to balance governance and delivery.

The successful candidate will oversee treasury operations, drive forecasting, and strengthen banking relationships, while leading a team of four treasury professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high transactional volume Treasury department.
• Strong IT skills with Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communicator across all levels; discreet and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury operations and banking management.
• Collaborate with finance and key stakeholders to improve liquidity visibility.
• Lead forecasting and reporting on cash balances and liquidity.
