Job summary

Bank of America in Dublin is seeking a Treasury Servicing Advisor at Officer level to provide end-to-end support for treasury activities and client servicing. You will act as the primary contact for clients, delivering proactive advisory, and working with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and strong relationships.

You will build expertise in cash management and treasury products, participate in client visits, and help drive efficiencies while contributing to the growth of our EMEA

Qualifications

• Experience in client service or client-facing roles in a financial services environment.
• Experience within financial services or investment banking is highly valued.
• Understanding of cash management and treasury products and clearings is important.
• Willingness to travel to client visits as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end client support across treasury activities as the primary point of contact.
• Deliver proactive advisory and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate resolutions.
• Identify operational efficiencies and promote self-service opportunities.
• Conduct face-to-face service reviews and communicate advisory insights.
• Tailor service delivery to client needs and manage risk escalations.
• Leverage product expertise to deepen relationships and mitigate servicing risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Technical Support, and Fulfilment.
• Support a cohesive, high-performing team aligned to shared goals.
