Marsh Health & Benefits is seeking a Technical Product Director to lead a team of Technical Product Managers responsible for budgeting, planning, development and implementation of technology solutions for the Employee Benefits business.

You will partner with business product owners to define the strategic vision and roadmap for the portfolio, working with senior business users and global technology teams to ensure delivery of innovative and efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Significant senior Technical Product Management experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex delivery across vendor and in-house tech.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication to senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery of the MHB portfolio across global broking, analytics, portals and mobile apps.
• Define roadmaps with business owners to address obsolescence, quality, deployment agility and cyber risk.
• Oversee initiatives from initiation to completion within budget and quality standards.
• Provide stakeholder management to guide strategic technology direction.
• Develop and manage a team of Technical Product Managers.
