Job summary

UnitedHealth Group, via Optum, seeks a Product Designer to craft and deliver a Reseller Management platform enabling contract management, pass-through pricing, and margin visibility. You will create user-centered experiences across onboarding, dashboards, and self-service portals, collaborating with PMs, Engineers, and business stakeholders in a hybrid Ireland-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, UX or related field
• Proven experience in Product Design, UX or Digital Design
• Experience designing web-based business or SaaS applications
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions
• Develop user personas and customer journey maps
• Analyze user feedback to improve experiences
• Support usability testing and validation activities
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
• Design reseller self-service portals, contract management, pricing and analytics dashboards
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineering; participate in Agile ceremonies
• Translate requirements into clear design deliverables and monitor adoption
