Job summary

Marsh is seeking a data solutions leader to drive data strategy within Investment Solutions. You will partner with the Performance Team, align with technology, and deliver data-driven capabilities to support performance analysis and risk management.

You will lead data governance, design scalable data structures, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across global teams, including hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in data-focused roles with business/tech interaction.
• Familiarity with data ecosystems in asset/wealth management and performance inputs.
• Results-oriented, able to drive change with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering on priorities.
• Interest in data-driven culture, cloud/AI/automation knowledge.
