Marsh seeks a motivated Product Owner to join the Dev CoE within Marsh Technology. The role is based in Cluj Napoca and is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week.

You will work with two BCS squads to translate business needs into features, PoCs and apps for enterprise use. Qualifikationen

• 2+ years working as a business analyst or in product management.
• Minimum 2 years of Lean‑agile software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of defining and documenting product requirements into small, well-articulated deliverables.
• Passion for metrics and driving value.
• Ability to articulate the value of the work you will be delivering.
• Baseline understanding of technical environments.
