Qualifikationen

• First-level university degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 7+ years in product management, digital strategy, fintech, or enterprise digital transformation.
• Prior people management experience including 3+ years leading product teams or cross‑functional squads.

• Define and execute strategy across multiple digital products.
• Align product portfolio with enterprise priorities and financial outcomes.
• Drive investment decisions based on business value, ROI, and portfolio tradeoffs.
• Own the integrated portfolio roadmap and prioritization across products.
• Lead, coach, and develop Product Owners and digital product team members.
• Ensure backlogs align to roadmap objectives, OKRs, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage senior stakeholders on roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and value expectations.
• Define and monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and benefit realization across products.
