Kota, Dublin-based, is building out its foundational Strategy team to scale the business in 2026 and 2027. Reporting to the COO, this role will take on a wide range of responsibilities to support many different areas of Kota, with an initial focus on shaping the end-to-end customer experience and cross-functional delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in fast-growing startups or top-tier consulting firms or equivalent.
• Outstanding analytical skills across tools, with SQL experience preferred.
• Ability to switch contexts; generalist who can learn and operate across various complex topics.
• Bias for action; drive things to completion and deliver results.
• Customer-first mindset and clear communication across levels.

Aufgaben

• Drive strategic projects that accelerate growth and improve efficiency, especially in customer experience and expansion.
• Lead day-to-day initiatives to uplift performance of functional teams and own elements of BAU setup.
• Own competitive intelligence; develop market understanding and industry-leading solutions.
• Establish data foundations; drive data-driven problem solving across the company.
• Prepare cross-functional updates; inform stakeholders about progress, risks and opportunities.
• Handle ad-hoc requests spanning all business areas, including deep dives and issue resolution.
