About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join Foodhub's Executive Leadership Team and lead the next stage of our global operational growth.

This isn't a traditional corporate COO role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building, scaling, and improving businesses. Someone who can balance strategy with execution, challenge the status quo and create an operating model that supports rapid international growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead Foodhub's global operations across the UK, Ireland, USA, ANZ and India. You'll work closely with every function across the business to ensure our teams, systems and processes enable us to grow quickly while continuing to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers and restaurant partners.

• Support international expansion through scalable operational planning.

Key Experience

We're looking for someone who's successfully built and scaled international operations rather than simply managed them.

You’ll likely have:

• Executive leadership experience as a COO, VP Operations, Operations Director or equivalent senior operational leadership role.
• Experience within hospitality technology, food ordering, POS/EPOS, SaaS, marketplace platforms or other high-growth technology businesses.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-country operations.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience improving operational performance and profitability.
• Demonstrated success driving operational transformation, automation and business growth.
• Experience working within founder-led businesses where adaptability, pace and ownership are essential.
• Experience supporting international expansion and acquisitions would be highly advantageous.
