Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking a Sales Executive to support Vodafone by delivering strong sales through planning, execution, compliance and reporting. You will work in a hybrid home/field capacity to engage with SME and SOHO customers and achieve agreed targets.

You will develop your pipeline, manage referrals, and maintain CRM hygiene while representing CPM Ireland and Vodafone with professionalism. A strong focus on results and collaboration with the team is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role, in the Business and/or Utilities sector.
• Competent IT skills. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.
• Suitable home working environment with high quality, reliable broadband.
• Understanding of the Vodafone portfolio and wider telecoms market.
• Awareness of the Irish Business Arena at local and national levels to maintain the pipeline.
• Experience with using a CRM tool.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined geographic territory selling directly to SME and SOHO customers.
• Work to maximise opportunities to make sales between home and field selling.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sale targets.
• Develop a detailed understanding and tightly manage your customer pipeline.
• Generate referrals daily that secure a face-to-face presentation to a decision-maker.
• Daily CRM updates to ensure all information is correct and accurate.
• Work to the highest compliance levels set out by the company.
• Attention to detail completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer.
• Maintain knowledge of all new and existing products and services from competitors.
• Provide competitor feedback and industry insight.
• Represent CPM and Vodafone in a consistently professional manner.
• Sell a solution that delivers value to both the customer and Vodafone.
• Ensure all activities are completed compliantly and in accordance with training provided on internal and external compliance guidelines.
