Job summary

Docusign in Ireland is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth within an existing customer base, combining strong relationship management with revenue expansion. You will operate in a dynamic, tech-driven environment and contribute to the broader Docusign strategy.

This hybrid role reports to the Senior Manager, Commercial and requires excellent communication, a track record in SaaS sales, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English and German required.
• Experience in consultative sales and account management is essential.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing Docusign clients to grow revenue by uncovering new use cases.
• Qualify sales opportunities using Docusign methodologies and metrics.
• Present and upsell Docusign products and services to expand accounts.
• Process sales orders and onboard customers; keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide timely reports and forecasts to management and maintain knowledge of Docusign offerings.
