Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or customer advisory environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficient in CRM software and sales analytics.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement changes effectively.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales goals.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, analyse sales data, and provide actionable insights.
