Job summary

Ashgrove Renewables in Ireland is seeking an experienced technical team leader to oversee development of home energy upgrade solutions across insulation, ventilation, heat pumps, solar PV and other technologies. You will ensure proposals are technically accurate and SEAI compliant while supporting the Technical Sales Team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Domestic BERs, SEAI grant requirements, renewables, and building performance.
• Experience in technical sales, team leadership or similar customer-focused technical roles.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical information to homeowners.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities to manage workloads and priorities in a busy team.
• Proficient with CRM, reporting and workflow systems; practical problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and issue of home energy upgrade proposals ensuring accuracy and SEAI compliance.
• Manage team workloads, priorities and bottlenecks for timely proposals.
• Review technical assessments across insulation, ventilation, heat pumps, solar PV.
• Handle post-sale technical enquiries and feedback to improve proposals and processes.
• Lead and support the Technical Sales Team with direction, coaching and training.
