Job summary

Ashgrove Renewables, a long-established Ireland-based renewable energy specialist, seeks an experienced technical team leader to oversee home energy upgrade solutions across insulation, ventilation, heat pumps, solar PV and related technologies. You will ensure recommendations are technically accurate and SEAI-compliant while leading and supporting the Technical Sales Team.

Manage workloads and drive proposal turnaround times.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Domestic BERs and SEAI grant requirements.
Experience in technical sales or customer-facing technical roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
Strong organisational and analytical skills to manage workloads and performance.
Proficiency with CRM, reporting and workflow systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and issue of home energy upgrade proposals, ensuring they are delivered promptly, technically accurate and compliant with SEAI grant requirements.
Manage team workloads, priorities and bottlenecks to maintain efficient proposal turnaround times.
Review technical assessments and recommendations across insulation, ventilation, heat pumps, solar PV and related measures.
Manage post-sale technical enquiries, resolving issues promptly and using feedback to improve proposals, guidance and internal processes.
Lead and support the Technical Sales Team through clear direction, performance monitoring, coaching and training.
