Job summary

Enet Group is seeking a Senior Procurement Lead to drive end-to-end procurement across direct and indirect categories. The role works with cross-functional teams, reports to the Head of Procurement & Carrier Relations, and operates in a hybrid model with two days in the Dublin offices.

You will lead cost-saving initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and ensure governance and compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement.
• Degree in procurement, supply chain or business.
• Experience in the Telecommunications/ICT market for SMEs.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Ability to influence, align views and gain consensus.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
• Change management experience is a plus.
• High energy, integrity and problem solving mindset.
• Strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Identify and lead cost saving initiatives across procurement activities.
• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle for all categories.
• Act as senior point of contact and decision maker within the department.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and approvals.
• Represent procurement in cross-functional projects with governance.
• Engage stakeholders to understand business needs for projects and operations.
• Source and onboard suppliers; manage vendor performance and compliance.
• Lead contract and spend negotiations as required.
• Participate in system improvements and upgrades.
• Prepare monthly procurement reports and metrics.
• Promote company values in performance and behavior.
