Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a senior procurement professional to own end-to-end sourcing for a €30M national fibre programme in Ireland. You’ll shape commercial strategy, engage with suppliers, and lead tendering, evaluation and negotiation to drive delivery.

You will collaborate with project, engineering and commercial leads in a hybrid role (2 days on-site) and take ownership of tender requirements, bid analysis and supplier terms to secure robust outcomes for the programme.

Competenze

• Strong experience in procurement, with your current or most recent role being procurement-focused.
• Tendering & negotiation experience through end-to-end sourcing and award.
• Commercial judgement to assess supplier pricing, terms and risk.

• Set sourcing routes and choose the right route to market.
• Write tender requirements and define scopes and evaluation criteria.
• Assess supplier bids by capability, price and terms.
• Run RFQs and RFPs and manage tenders through evaluation.
• Negotiate supplier terms and challenge pricing positions.
