Job summary

G MASS Consulting is hiring a Salesforce Developer to join its growing platform team. The role is hands-on, solving integration challenges and delivering enterprise-scale solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud in a hybrid, permanent position.

You will work closely with architecture, product, and business teams globally, participate in sprint ceremonies, and contribute to secure, scalable design patterns while delivering on deployment pipelines and test automation.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development in a large/complex organisation.
Extensive hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components.
Strong Apex skills and API-based integration experience (REST/SOAP).
Exposure to Data Cloud; Agentforce or Salesforce AI experience is a plus.
Knowledge of governor limits, data modelling, and Salesforce security.

Responsibilities

Build and enhance Salesforce functionality from design through production.
Develop client service capability within Service Cloud, focusing on case handling and workflow.
Deliver integrations connecting Salesforce with telephony, Data Cloud, and internal apps.
Own deployment pipelines, test automation, and source control processes.
Collaborate with platform architect on solution design with security and maintainability in mind.
Work with product owners, BAs, and testers to shape requirements into deliverables.
