Job summary

Musgrave Group Plc is seeking a Replenishment Planner to drive stock availability and optimize inventory across our Irish operations. This hybrid role combines office and remote work, with a €44,000 annual salary and a 37.5-hour week.

You'll partner with commercial and operations teams to maximise customer availability, manage POs via ERP, and monitor supplier performance to support efficient supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inventory Planning essential, ideally in wholesale/foodservice environments.
• Excellent planning and time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Understanding of forecasting activity and supplier management.
• Track record in process development to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to ensure 100% availability for customer demand and supply chain efficiency.
• Use ERP to process purchase orders and control inventory.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance with regular service level communications.
• Review safety stock levels and lead-times to optimize availability and shelf life.
• Collaborate with warehouse and trading teams to manage range and stock levels.
