Renewable Careers Limited in Cork is seeking a graduate analyst to help power growth in our clean energy projects across the island of Ireland. You will work at the analytical heart of the business, building models, researching markets, and supporting due diligence.

This role offers a hybrid setup from our Cork office, a structured development path with mentorship, exposure to development, finance and operations, and a starting salary of €45,000 to €55,000.

Formación

• A degree (2.1 or above) in finance, economics, engineering, environmental science, data analytics or a related field
• A genuine interest in renewable energy and the clean energy transition
• Strong analytical skills and real comfort in Excel; experience with Python, SQL or data visualisation tools is an advantage
• Attention to detail and the discipline to get the numbers right
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn analysis into insight
• Initiative and curiosity: you take ownership, ask good questions and learn quickly
• The right to work in Ireland
• Internship or project experience in energy, finance or data analysis is an advantage but not essential. We hire for aptitude and attitude, and we invest in developing our people.

Responsabilidades

• Building and maintaining models for project economics, energy production and market analysis
• Conducting research on markets, policy, technologies and competitors to support strategic decisions
• Supporting due diligence on new projects and acquisitions, working with data from every corner of the business
• Analysing performance data from our operating fleet and reporting on trends and improvements
• Preparing clear reports, dashboards and presentations for project teams and senior leadership
• Supporting the development team with data for grid applications, planning and site selection
• Improving the spreadsheets, tools and datasets the whole company relies on
