Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent professional experience in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in regulation, financial services or supervision desirable.
• Understanding of the financial industry and practical operation of companies desirable.
• Knowledge of sector regulatory and legal framework desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervised work to support the supervision of Retail Intermediary sector firms, contributing to risk assessments and recommendations.
• Participate in desk-based and onsite reviews according to the Central Bank’s risk assessment process.
• Maintain supervisory files and update records with risk information and mitigation plans.
• Provide researchers with information to keep the team fully informed.
• Perform initial analysis of regulatory returns, triggers, and case information to assist supervision.
• Develop positive stakeholder relationships to encourage information sharing.
• Carry out ad-hoc supervisory activities and administrative support as required.
