Job summary

Global Professional Consultants seeks a Registered Architect to lead design and delivery on diverse Irish projects. Hybrid working is available, with ownership of projects in a supportive, growing practice.

The role requires a recognised architecture qualification with RIAI registration, at least 3 years’ experience, and strong Revit skills. You will coordinate with engineers and specialists and ensure compliance with Irish regulations.

Qualifications

• Recognised architecture qualification with current RIAI registration.
• Minimum 3 years of architectural practice experience in Ireland.
• Proficiency in Revit and strong AutoCAD knowledge.
• Understanding of BCAR, Irish planning legislation and approval processes.
• Experience preparing planning applications, tender packages and construction docs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a hybrid team.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept to construction.
• Prepare and review drawings, specs, and tender docs using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, M&E consultants and designers.
• Ensure designs comply with Irish Building Regulations.
• Support BCAR compliance and inspection records.
• Lead design team meetings and liaise with clients and contractors.
• Attend site inspections and monitor progress.
• Manage programmes, deliverables and quality standards.
