Job summary

Building Design Partnership Limited in Dublin is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead design-led solutions across multiple sectors. You will drive project delivery, interface with clients and coordinate information with the design team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will bring strong Revit and AutoCAD draughting skills, excellent design knowledge, and experience with Irish Building Regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and deliver complex projects across sectors through RIAI work stages 1–8.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD with a comprehensive draughting skillset.
• Excellent technical ability and design skills demonstrated through project experience.
• Analytical and technical problem-solving skills, with knowledge of the current Irish Building Regulations.
• Strong interpretation of 2D and 3D geometry and details.
• Experience in site attendance and ability to resolve site queries is desirable.
• BCAR experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to manage time to meet project and team requirements.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment; experience managing large-scale projects is a benefit.
• Team collaborator; able to coordinate with the design team and other consultants.
• Motivator; direct, oversee and check the output of junior team members.
• Excellent organisational skills to deliver on time within project constraints.
