Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of related industry experience with 2 years in a customer facing role.
• Experience with modern scripting languages (Python/Node.js/SQL) or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#).
• Experience designing scalable, distributed systems in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and suggest improvements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for leadership audiences.
• Ability to work with a cross-functional sales team and travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; fluent in Italian.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable applications and infrastructure leveraging MongoDB.
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies, articulating business value.
• Partner with Sales to drive account success through discovery, demos, and value demonstrations.
• Generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in events.
• Foster customer relationships and ensure success and satisfaction.
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and stay current with product trends.
