Qualifications

• New graduates or up to 2 years in electrical or power systems engineering.
• Basic knowledge of power system analysis tools such as SKM, EasyPower, ETAP.
• Familiar with protection systems and protection settings, coordination studies, and protection schemes.
• Experience with electrical calculations and working to IEC standards.
• Knowledge of power quality, harmonics, or renewable energy systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English and able to explain technical topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input and leadership on complex projects.
• Translate client requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Ensure outputs meet client expectations, quality standards, timeframes and budget.
• Conduct power systems analyses using industry tools and methodologies.
• Prepare detailed technical and non-technical reports with recommendations.
• Attend client meetings remotely and manage expectations through clear communication.
• Track project performance and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers; online training available.
