Job summary

Eflexes is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will manage Irish, UK and international payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across a portfolio of clients.

The role operates on a structured pattern of four working days every two weeks, aligned with payroll deadlines, including month-end cycles. Join a collaborative, hybrid team in Shannon, Co. Clare with flexibility to balance commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Irish payroll processing, ideally in a multi-client environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation, PAYE, PRSI and Revenue reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process internal and client payrolls (monthly, fortnightly, weekly) and reconcile payroll data.
• Prepare payroll returns to Revenue, HMRC and other authorities within deadlines.
• Liaise with clients on payroll submissions, changes and reporting.
• Provide payroll consultancy support onsite where required and participate in client meetings.
• Prepare payroll-related invoices and assist with invoicing processes.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation.
