The Medical Council in Dublin is seeking a Multi-Disciplinary Team Manager (SEO grade) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead the PPC Unit, drive case progression, and support solicitors in investigations, while coordinating with Complaints & Investigations and other directorates.

You will oversee data quality, case-management systems, and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering on high-profile matters within a busy regulatory environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team within complaints or investigations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of Right Touch Regulation or similar framework.

Aufgaben

• Provide operational management of the PPC Unit and teams.
• Drive progression and timely advancement of cases.
• Support Solicitors in investigation and documentation.
• Collaborate across directorates to improve processes and reporting.
• Oversee data quality and use of case-management systems.
• Prepare reports and briefings for CEO, PPC and Council.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.
