Responsibilities

• Maintain and update labour planning systems with accurate data.
• Manage labour model maintenance with Regional Workforce Management teams.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with data, analysis and inputs for leads.
• Ensure data governance and alignment between models, systems and needs.
• Prepare reporting and insights on labour planning updates and changes.
• Provide day-to-day support for labour planning systems and enhancements.
