Job summary

Primark is seeking a Labour Planning Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid, with two days of home working and a strong emphasis on data accuracy and labour model governance.

You will collaborate across Regional Workforce Management and Country Operations to keep planning data current and actionable. Ideal candidates will have robust administrative experience, a talent for handling large datasets, and the ability to translate data into insights for budgeting,

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Experience working with large datasets and systems, ensuring data quality and attention to detail.
• Analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving with ability to identify trends and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update labour planning systems, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with current business requirements.
• Manage labour model maintenance activities with Regional Workforce Management and Country Operations teams to validate and update data.
• Support budgeting and forecasting by preparing labour planning data and inputs for the Labour Forecasting Lead.
• Ensure data governance by monitoring data quality and aligning models with system data and operations.
• Prepare reporting and insights to support labour performance monitoring and stakeholder communication on planning updates.
• Act as a key support resource for labour planning systems, handling queries and contributing to process improvements.
