Qualifications

• Experience in bid management or proposal development in insurance.
• Strong leadership and project coordination abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive-level engagement.
• Proven organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data interpretation.
• Solid negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in MS Office.
