Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Private Markets Investment Specialist to support portfolio construction, manager selection, and client engagement within the Private Markets Investment Solutions team. You will collaborate with Marsh's Investments group across UK & Europe, tracking new themes and engaging with asset managers to position client portfolios effectively.

The role is based in Dublin with a requirement to work three days per week in the office, offering exposure to global specialists and high-impact

Qualifications

• 2+ years investment consulting or investment management experience in a client-supporting role or a recent graduate in actuarial/mathematics/finance.
• CFA Certification or willingness to pursue it.
• Ability to work under own initiative and in a dynamic high performing team.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Private Market Investment Solutions to clients and prospects across UK & Europe.
• Liaise with asset class teams to track new themes and opportunities in private markets.
• Engage with asset managers for portfolio positioning and views.
• Prepare client updates including performance reviews and commitment plans.
• Assist marketing and communication of Private Markets capabilities.
