Job summary

Marsh Ireland seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth in Cyber and FINPRO, building strong client relationships and delivering compelling proposals. Qualifications

• CIP qualification is required and CIP qualified professionals are preferred.
• ACII qualification is a plus and highly regarded.
• 3–5 years minimum general insurance experience specified as a prerequisite.
• Full driving licence and access to own car are required for travel between client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned to country, region and global value proposition.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients to drive new business.
• Draft and deliver new business presentations and support colleagues in expanding opportunities.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and new cover solutions for cyber/FINPRO.
• Collaborate with Marsh teams to cross-sell advisory and incident management services.
• Attend industry events and generate leads while monitoring sales performance.
