VANRATH is seeking an experienced project or programme management professional in Ireland to lead lifecycle and capital projects within the infrastructure sector. You will manage multiple projects valued around €3-€4 million annually, coordinating from planning through delivery.

The role requires strong technical understanding, commercial awareness, and excellent stakeholder management, with a focus on safety compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading multiple projects or programmes within construction or facilities management.
• Strong planning, organisation and risk management skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and construction regulations.

• Lead the technical management and delivery of lifecycle and capital projects valued at approximately €3-€4 million annually.
• Develop and maintain detailed programme schedules aligned with budgets and timelines.
• Manage procurement, contracts, and supplier relationships effectively.
• Oversee project governance, risk mitigation, and compliance with safety standards.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
