Job summary

VikingCloud in Dublin is looking for a Contact Centre Agent (Inbound) to join our hybrid team. You will handle customer inquiries across voice, web-chat, email and SMS, delivering high-quality security and compliance support while managing handling times and productivity.

You’ll work 37.5 hours per week with shifts between 8am and 10pm, on a full-time contract. The role offers career progression, wellness benefits, and on-site parking, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (preferably call centre).
• Leaving cert or equivalent desirable.
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, 8-hour shift 8am–10pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support via voice, web-chat, email, and SMS.
• Ensure high-quality customer experiences at every touchpoint.
• Educate customers on security and compliance relevance.
• Utilise systems to determine security/compliance requirements.
• Promote security/compliance products when relevant.
• Undertake additional tasks as needed.
