Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, seeks a HR Generalist based in Dundalk, Ireland, reporting to the HR Operations Lead. The role covers generalist HR support, recruitment coordination, and employee relations across the business.

Qualifications

• 3rd level degree in HR or business/commerce with HR specialization.
• 1–2+ years’ HR experience at a similar level.
• Excellent IT skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with TMS, DocuSign and Workday preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on your own initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, people-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support across the business in line with company policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment for DL roles and support IDL roles, coordinating interviews, references, contracts and paperwork.
• Serve as a key advisor on employee relations matters including discipline, grievances, absence/leave, performance and policies.
• Lead ER processes, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances in line with employment law and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with employment legislation and assist in policy implementation.
• Support HR projects, initiatives and special events as required.
• Assist with administration related to employee benefits and HR queries.
