Job summary

Verizon is seeking an Application Support professional within the Global Supply Chain, Sourcing and Sustainability group. You will contribute to operational support and resolve application issues in a cross-functional environment, partnering with Global Technology Services when needed.

In this hybrid Ireland-based role, you will analyze operational challenges, perform data analyses, create documentation, and deliver end-user training.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Information Systems, Technology management Business with Computing or related field.
• Right to work in Ireland; sponsorship not available.
• Co-op or internship experience with proven project/work experience.
• Exposure to enterprise software systems.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Experience with Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Understand operational business challenges across Global Supply Chain, Sourcing and Sustainability.
• Carry out data analyses, interpret results and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Provide consultative insight into business performance and improvements.
• Implement analytical approaches and methodologies.
• Identify and resolve application fallout errors and gaps in functionality.
• Test fixes/new releases and prepare documentation.
• Create and deliver end-user training.
