Job summary

Verizon is hiring an.Application Support Engineer in the Global Supply Chain, Sourcing and Sustainability group. You will work across teams to resolve application issues and deliver operational resolutions, partnering with Global Technology Services as needed.

The role focuses on analytics, systems architecture, and process improvement while ensuring end-user readiness. You will build data-driven recommendations, test fixes, create release documentation, and deliver user training.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Information Systems, Technology management or computing related field.
• Co-op or internship with proven project/work experience.
• Exposure to enterprise software systems is preferred.
• Applicants must have valid right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Global Supply Chain, Sourcing and Sustainability.
• Analyze data and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Offer consultative insights into business performance and opportunities.
• Oversee analytical approaches and methodologies.
• Identify and resolve application fallout and drive fixes.
• Test functionality on fixes or new releases prior to UAT.
• Create documentation for upcoming releases.
• Create and deliver end-user training.
