Job summary

Marsh in Dublin is seeking a senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist to oversee fund, regulatory and tax reporting across the Investment Solutions team. The role requires deep knowledge of EU fund structures (UCITS/AIFs) and strong stakeholder management to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office, collaborating with offshore teams and driving continuous improvement in reporting processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Asset Management/fund administration/investment operations with strong Fund Accounting and academic background (Business/Accounting/Finance/Economics).
• A good understanding of European fund structures including UCITS and AIFs.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Marsh's funds and portfolios.
• Oversee regulatory reporting for your scope, monitoring SLAs/KPIs.
• Manage relationships with service providers, custodians and managers.
• Prepare regulatory updates for governance boards.
• Support launches, restructures and closures from regulatory reporting view.
• Review fund and client documentation, including legal/operational agreements.
• Identify operational risks and drive process improvements.
• Deliver work with high performance.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure quality and governance.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Research regulatory changes and summarise impacts clearly.
• Lead change and process improvement projects.
• Support team manager on strategic initiatives.
• Support operating model enhancements for new client types.
