Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in the funds industry.
• Strong exposure to regulated fund structures (Ireland UCITS/AIFs; Luxembourg UCITS/AIFs/RAIFs).
• Proven experience in a client-facing relationship or service management role.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships and delivering high levels of client service.
• Solid understanding of fund governance, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Experience in Depositary Services, Fund Accounting & Administration, Investment Management Operations, or Compliance/Regulatory Reporting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through timely responses and proactive engagement, including service calls and client meetings.
• Support senior Client Relationship Managers in client service reviews and governance forums.
• Act as a key contact for clients, ensuring a positive and consistent client experience.
• Contribute to process improvements and technology initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Monitor industry and regulatory developments and advise clients on impacts.
• Resolve client issues promptly, escalating to senior management when needed.
• Deliver clear, insightful reporting for Management Company / Board reporting.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and Management Company/AIFM approvals.
• Represent the firm at Fund Board meetings and escalate relevant matters.
• Address persistent service issues by identifying gaps and driving improvements.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Risk Monitoring, Sales & Product Development, and Operations to align on client and industry requirements.
