Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Fixed Asset Analyst to support financial review and analysis of capital expenditure projects. You will ensure accuracy and integrity of fixed asset controls and reporting while partnering with hotel teams to validate funding requests.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Part-qualified accountants, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. A hybrid working model is offered with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in a related field is required.
• Qualified / Partly Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) is required or in progress.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with data analytic tools would be advantageous.
• Ability to work on own initiative while also being a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Performance review of fixed asset projects and spend analysis.
• Linkage with hotel teams to support funding requests.
• Maintain financial accuracy and integrity of fixed asset controls.
• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses for funding requests.
• Monitor life cycle of assets from inception to disposal.
• Prepare reports and analytics for stakeholders.
