Job summary

Primark is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst in Ireland for a 12+ month FTC. You will drive finance transformation projects, optimise processes, and collaborate with Finance, Technology, and business partners to realize benefits across the organisation.

The role requires strong analytical, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in Oracle Financials, Cognos, and P2P tools. Hybrid work model in Dublin region is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified professional with experience in Finance Transformation, business change, and process improvement across people, processes, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Finance Transformation projects and initiatives, collaborating with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives and business benefits.
• Analyse and optimise Finance processes, systems, controls, and data flows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and continuous improvement.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into effective solutions that meet operational, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process mapping, redesign, testing, training, and change management activities to support successful implementation and user adoption.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing clear communication, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making and project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring effective governance, risk management, timely delivery, and successful realisation of business benefits.
