Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, or a similar technical QA role.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with cross-system data reconciliation experience.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; able to raise concerns early.
• Ownership and prioritisation skills for multiple work items.

Responsibilities

• Own QA activities from requirements review through release readiness.
• Review user stories and requirements to understand business context and risks.
• Design and execute test scenarios for functional, integration, regression, and data testing.
• Validate assumptions, raise risks early when unclear, communicate progress.
• Perform end-to-end ETL and data testing including data migrations and reconciliations.
• Analyse jobs, logs, and defects; support Agile ceremonies and knowledge sharing.
