Job summary

PFH Technology Group is seeking a seasoned SharePoint Online Administrator to govern and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration environments in Dublin. You will administer sites, permissions, and governance while supporting SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID integration across the platform.

Requirements include 6+ years in SharePoint Online Administration, NFQ Level 8 in CS/IT, and a Microsoft 365/MS-102 certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration and Governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and governance.
• Manage external users, guest access, and Entra ID identities.
• Implement and maintain governance, information architecture, and content management standards.
• Review permissions, security groups, and external sharing configurations.
• Support site lifecycle: provisioning, ownership reviews, archiving, and decommissioning.
• Perform content audits, migrations, and collaboration platform optimization.
• Engage with stakeholders and provide improvement recommendations.
