Job summary

Darwin Hawkins is seeking a Payroll Operations Executive in Dublin with hybrid working. You will join an experienced payroll team handling Irish and UK payrolls, ensure accurate processing, and support pension contributions and statutory deductions.

The role involves managing weekly and monthly payroll cycles, resolving discrepancies, and delivering timely payroll reports. IPASS/CIPP or equivalent qualification is preferred, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experienced payroll professional with strong Irish payroll experience.
• UK payroll experience is desirable.
• IPASS/CIPP or equivalent payroll qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly and monthly payroll activities for Ireland and the UK.
• Review pay information, variable payments and deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with reconciliations and payments.
