You will lead a team, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and oversee digital marketing activities, product launches, and budget management in a fast-growing company with a strong brand presence.

Formación

• 7+ years' marketing experience in consumer brands.
• Proven experience in brand marketing and campaign management.
• Experience in people management.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement brand and marketing strategies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Manage integrated campaigns across digital, retail, PR, events and content.
• Partner with commercial, e-commerce, and product teams to meet objectives.
• Drive new product launches from concept to market.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Manage budgets, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Oversee social media and community engagement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend growth.
