Job summary

E-Frontiers, an established residential developer, seeks an experienced Design Coordinator to support large-scale housing projects in the Meath/West Dublin region.

Working with the Design Manager, you will coordinate external design consultants and ensure design information is issued on programme. This role emphasizes buildability, technical compliance and smooth information flow throughout construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Design Coordinator or similar role within construction.
• Strong understanding of design drawings, construction methods and buildability.
• Experience with a main contractor or design & build environment is highly desirable.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline preferred; experienced Site Managers or Foremen considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage external design consultants and ensure design information is issued on programme.
• Focus on buildability, technical compliance and the smooth flow of design information throughout the construction process.
• Work closely with the Design Manager as a key coordination role within the project.
