Job summary

E-Frontiers, an established residential developer, seeks an experienced Design Coordinator to support large-scale housing projects in the Meath/West Dublin region.

Working with the Design Manager, you will coordinate external design consultants and ensure design information is issued on programme. This role emphasizes buildability, technical compliance and smooth information flow throughout construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Design Coordinator or similar role within construction.
• Strong understanding of design drawings, construction methods and buildability.
• Experience with a main contractor or design & build environment is highly desirable.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline preferred; experienced Site Managers or Foremen considered.

This is a coordination role rather than a hands-on design position, with a strong focus on buildability, technical compliance and the smooth flow of design information throughout the construction process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Design Coordinator or similar role within construction.
• Strong understanding of design drawings, construction methods and buildability.
• Experience with a main contractor or design & build environment is highly desirable.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline preferred, although experienced Site Managers or Foremen looking to move into an office-based role will also be considered.
• Driven, proactive attitude with excellent communication and organisational skills.
