Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a proactive Credit Control Analyst for their Cork Shared Service Centre. The role focuses on managing credit risk, driving timely collections and resolving queries across a key customer portfolio to optimise working capital.

This hybrid position is based in Cork with on-site presence three days a week and requires 1+ year of AR/Credit Control experience in a multinational setting, plus ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics).

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control within a multinational environment.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, Oracle Fusion or Microsoft Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Dispute resolution & collaboration with Sales and Customer Service; enforce SLAs and minimize aged cash.
• Credit decisioning: evaluate holds and autonomous release within authority limits.
• Risk assessment: periodic reviews using third-party risk data and financial statements; formal recommendations for approval.
• Account portfolio management: monitor balances and enforce credit limits and payment terms.
• Cash application oversight: resolve unallocated cash and unapplied receipts.
