Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our Shared Services Team in Swords, Dublin. The role covers full ledger ownership, cash collection, query resolution, and ensuring customers stay within agreed terms.

Hybrid working is in place (Mon-Wed in the office). You’ll need at least 2 years in credit control, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail to succeed. 25 days leave, a discretionary bonus, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years’ credit control experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player with strong prioritisation skills.
• CICM qualification an advantage.
• Unit4 experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely cash collection.
• Reduce aged debt and DSO.
• Reconcile accounts and issue statements.
• Chase overdue invoices via phone and email.
• Follow company process for non-paying customers (7‑day notices).
• Resolve queries and liaise with internal teams.
• Manage customer portals, POs, and updated invoices.
• Maintain accurate customer account information.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as needed.
